If your car CD player wont eject discs then this can become a problem because you can't switch over to different music. This can happen if its been accidentally jammed inside or if you have been using a cheap brand of burned homemade music blank media. Inside most headunits, when you insert a disc into the front slot there is a motor that sucks the disc in and places it into the spindle. The disc then spins and the laser lens reads the data from the CD and processes the information into audio to be played through your speakers. Now if there is a CD stuck in your car CD player, you will need to remove it before you can switch over discs. However, this is not possible unless you eject the current disc from the drive. There are a couple of methods that you can try to see if you can remove the stuck CD from your car stereo. Its best to try all of them out until you gain an successful outcome.
Method 1
1) Power off the car stereo and the ignition to terminate all the power going to it.
2) Hold down the eject and power buttons together.
Method 2
1) Remove the front faceplate.
2) Look for a small hole near to the slot were the CD goes into.
3) Insert a small pointed object such as a pin into the hole. This should hopefully manually eject the disc out from the drive if its stuck or jammed in.

Method 3
1) Ensure that the car radio is powered on.
2) Slide a plastic credit or debit card into the disc drive slot, holding it from the edge so that it doesn't go all the way in and get stuck.
3) Press the eject button and at the same time move the card around. Keep playing around with it and move it around until the stuck CD ejects itself. This could take several minutes as you have to find the sweet spot.
