How To Change & Set Clock On Alpine Car Stereo


If you have an Alpine branded car stereo installed into your car, its certainly handy to ensure that the correct time is displayed on the screen. Your car may already have a clock fitted into the dashboard, but its essential to have both setup correctly to have the most accuracy against time. Every install of an Alpine car stereo that we fit into a vehicle for a customer, we always setup the time settings so the customer doesn't have to. These instructions work for any CDA, CDE or UTE models that have been released for purchase.

1) Hold down the 'Audio Setup' button.

2) Select the 'General' option on screen that is displayed.

3) Go to 'Clock ADJ' and enter into it. You should see the numbers now blinking.

4) When you have changed the hour press 'Enter'. 

5) Turn the rotary button to adjust the minutes when it moves onto the second part of the time.

6) To save your new time settings hold down the 'Audio Setup' button to configure them into the chip.
