How To Make Any Car DVD Player Work While Driving

Now most car headunits that have a DVD video playback feature usually don't work while driving your car at the same time from the factory or installed by a car audio shop. This has been put in place because the law assume that it could be a distraction to you on the road. In my own opinion it can't be nothing more distracting than having a big bright animated tomtom sat nav in front of you while your drive. Now to make your car DVD player work all the time while driving you have to make a simple alternation to the wiring. This will allow your kids to watch there favourite childrens movies on the front car stereo screen on long and boring motorway journeys while you concentrate on the road. This proven method provided works on any branded DVD player flip out or double din radios including from manufacturers such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony and Clarion.

1) Remove the plastic trim around the car stereo and using removal tools release it from the din slot.

2) Look for the labelled wire called parking break and disconnect this from the handbreak.

3) Connect the parking wire directly with the black ground wire. This will bypass the factory DVD player previous wiring configuration so that your movies will now play all the time while driving.
