How To Fix Car Stereo That Wont Read SD Memory Card

lots of sd memory cards

If you have a latest designed car stereo it will come with a SD memory card feature as a minimum standard. You can get a Kenwood or Pioneer car stereo with a SD card slot and bluetooth for under $100 bucks. This allows you to insert a SD card into your radio and play music from it using .mp3 files that are copied onto it. This means you will be able to fit hundreds of more songs than a regular CD and also without the skipping or jumping you get with a scratched disc. If your car headunit wont recognize the external memory SD card its possible that the port could be dirty. The best way is to get a cotton bud and insert it into the slot to clean it without damaging it.

The best sd card for music in car is by Sandisk. They come with a micro sd adapter out of the box and provide reliable performance and durability. Its a brand that you can count on and not corrupt your data half way through use like with some cheap chinses copies from Ebay. Your best bet for Genuine SD cards is Halfords, Argos, Maplin or Amazon.
