If you are still getting problems with your car stereo to read the inserted SD card, then you will need to reformat it correctly. If its a different format to what the radio reads at which is FAT 32 it will not be picked up.
1) Insert the memory card into the reader.
2) Connect the reader to your computer or laptop via usb.
3) Go onto 'My Computer'.
4) You will see the memory card name appear under removable storage.
5) Right click and select Format.
5) Untick quick format and set the format type to FAT 32.
6) To proceed to make your car stereo read your SD memory card click Format. It will literally take a few seconds to complete and it will be done.
