1) Turn off the cars ignition before removing the car speakers from the door. You don't want music to be playing from the stereo while disconnecting the speaker wires as this could cause a short.

2) Ok so you will need to find all of the screws that are holding the plastic dashboard trim door card in place. Then remove the speaker from the car door by removing the spade terminals that are fitted onto the back near the magnet.

5) You are now ready to fit your replacement brand new speakers, you may need additional spacers to accommodate for the size difference for the upgrade. Also you will need to remove the tweeter fitted either on the car door or a pillar if you are installing an component setup.
